What I found to help me when creating SMART goals is to think about it as a list of reminders, not rules.

You need BOTH transparency and confidentiality to cultivate trust, member buy in, create healthy boundaries, and sustain friendships.

You were chosen for this position because people believed in you and your ability to succeed.

You are a leader in your chapter and will continue to be as you step down and step up in your new role as a member who supports her chapter.
