With experience spanning both campus-based roles and headquarters-level positions, I'm excited to combine my expertise in leadership development with my commitment to empowering sorority communities as Her Sorority Journey's  Director of Business Development. My passion for fostering connection and growth was ignited through my transformative sorority experience at the University of Southern California and time spent on staff at Alpha Chi Omega. Most recently, I served the fraternity and sorority life community at Pepperdine University, supporting initiatives to strengthen leadership, collaboration, and belonging. As a Southern California resident, I enjoy life with my growing family, balancing the roles of being a mother, professional, and community builder.
